Our goal is to support vendors by addressing the challenges of advertising and showcasing their products or services to a wider audience. The platform offers vendors valuable advertising space in an ever-evolving digital marketplace, enabling them to expand their reach and connect with potential customers and markets that may have previously been out of reach.
In addition, the platform provides an easy-to-use search functionality for the general public, allowing them to discover products and services from vendors in a more user-friendly manner compared to many existing alternatives.

Our platform operates through two interconnected sections designed to maximize visibility and facilitate connections:

FOR VENDORS: Your Digital Storefront

Section 1 is a dedicated advertising platform built to showcase YOUR products and services to visitors actively searching for what you offer. Here's how it works:

  • Create your account and establish your business profile with complete contact details, making it easy for interested customers to reach you directly
  • Upload unlimited products with detailed descriptions and images, or specify all the services you offer with up to 4 job photos – do it yourself through our intuitive interface, or let our team handle it for you with our premium upload service
  • Get discovered by customers searching for exactly what you provide
FOR CUSTOMERS: Finding What You Need, Simplified

Section 2 opens to the public – a streamlined search experience that helps buyers find vendors:

  • Visitors search for specific products or services and browse results in an easy-to-scan grid layout
  • Click to view detailed product information, multiple images, and specifications
  • Access vendor contact details to reach out directly and arrange transactions
LAUNCH TIMELINE: Two Phases

Phase 1 (NOW – FREE): Vendors can register at no cost and build their complete business profile and product/service catalog. Get established before we open to the public.

Phase 2 (COMING SOON): The platform opens for public searches – this is when visitor traffic starts flowing to your listings. Phase 2 requires a Vendor subscription for full visibility in public searches and access to all features. Vendors can choose to remain on the free tier, but with limited functionality and no visibility in public searches.

Account Setup & Profile

Vendors must first register and log in. The platform will automatically guide them through the process. After logging in, vendors will be prompted to enter their business details, which will then enable them to upload their service and/or product information. Once all the necessary details are provided, vendors can manage their product or service listings independently. Vendors can also access a control panel to customize the visibility of features on their landing page.

Upon logging in, vendors are required to enter their business details, after which they can upload their service and/or product information. Once these steps are completed, vendors will have full control to manage their product or service listings independently. Additionally, vendors have access to a control panel where they can select which features to display on their landing page.

Yes, vendors can update and edit their profile, as well as modify the details of the products and/or services they offer, at any time.

Each page features a help icon in the bottom right corner. By clicking this icon, vendors will receive step-by-step guidance on what is required to complete and use that page. When adding products or services, the help icon will display detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Once logged in, vendors can manage their listings through a grid display for products and by editing the details of their service listings. For specific guidance, refer to the help icon located at the top of each page for detailed instructions on how to edit and manage listings.
Pricing & Plans

At SEARCH MADE EASY, we keep things simple with straightforward pricing and flexible payment options. No contracts required. Choose the plan that works best for you:
  • Monthly: R325/month
  • Quarterly: R926.25 (Save 5%)
  • Semi-Annual: R1,755 (Save 10%)
  • Annual: R3,315 (Save 15%)

During phase 1 Vendors can create an account and begin uploading their products or service details for free. During this initial phase, the public will not yet be able to search for these listings. Once phase two goes live, vendors will be notified and will then be able to choose between a subscription or a free plan.

Key Difference: Free accounts provide a professional online presence, while subscription accounts unlock lead generation, analytics, and search discoverability to actively grow your business.

No, there are no hidden costs. All vendors start with a free account and can choose to upgrade to a paid subscription at any time when the platform move to phase two. The only potential costs are:
  • Subscription fees: If you choose to upgrade from a free account (see pricing details above)
  • Administrative services: Optional product upload assistance provided by our team

Payments & Billing

Payment can be made through two methods:

Online Payment: Log into your vendor dashboard and select either Payfast or Yoco as your payment gateway. You'll be guided through the secure payment process step-by-step.

Manual Payment (EFT/Cash Deposit): Contact us at to request an invoice before making payment. The invoice contains our banking details and a unique reference number required for payment processing.

Billing occurs monthly. Full payment terms are available in our Terms and Conditions. For alternative billing arrangements, please contact us at .

Yes, as a vendor with an active subscription, you can update your billing information directly from your vendor dashboard.

We operate a no-refund policy on all subscription payments. Once payment is made, refunds are not available regardless of when you choose to cancel.

If you cancel during an active subscription period, your account will be immediately deactivated and your listings will no longer appear on our platform. This applies whether you've subscribed for one month or multiple months—even if you've only used a portion of your subscription period.

For example, if you've paid for a 3-month subscription but cancel after 6 weeks, your account will be deactivated immediately with no refund for the remaining time. (Though we can't imagine why you'd want to leave such a fantastic platform that connects you with eager customers!)

Account Cancellation Policy

To cancel or deactivate your vendor account, you can do so via your vendor dashboard or you can contact us at .

Please take note:

When you delete your account, the following will happen:

  • All your business information will be permanently removed from our database
  • All uploaded images including your business logo, team member photos, product images, and service images will be deleted
  • Your unique landing page link will become inactive and no longer accessible
  • All payment and transaction records associated with your account will be removed

REFUND POLICY:

NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances. If you have paid for a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual subscription and delete your account before the subscription period ends, you will forfeit all remaining subscription fees. This is in accordance with our Terms and Conditions that you agreed to upon registration.


If you create a new account in the future, you will need to upload all your business information, images, and content from scratch. None of your current data can be recovered once deleted.


ACCOUNT ON HOLD OPTION:

There is also another option should you choose, and that is to put your account on hold. This can be for a maximum of three months. Thereafter, your account will be deleted permanently without notice. You need to contact us should you choose this option.

Promotions & Marketing

In the spirit of fair play (and keeping all our vendors equally happy!), we don't offer paid promotion or premium placement options. Every vendor gets an equal opportunity to shine based on the quality and relevance of their listings.

How Our Search Works: When users search for products, our algorithm uses a predefined ranking hierarchy to display the most relevant results. Products that best match the search criteria naturally rise to the top—it's a meritocracy based on relevance, not wallet size!

The Secret to Success: Here's where you have complete control—accurate, detailed product information is your ticket to top rankings. To maximize your visibility, ensure that you:

  • Use clear, descriptive product names that customers would actually search for
  • Provide comprehensive product descriptions with full details and specifications
  • Select the correct product categories and classifications

Think of it this way: the more accurately you describe your products, the better our algorithm can match them to eager buyers. It's a win-win situation where quality listings get the spotlight they deserve!

Vendors have the ability to edit specific details of any products they have listed. When running a sale or special offer, we recommend clearly indicating the promotion on the product image. Vendors are responsible for managing their own product listings, including adding promotional tags (such as “Sale” or “Special Offer”) to images, which can then be re-uploaded for that specific product.

Performance & Analytics

Upon registering your business, you will receive a unique link to your own landing page, which serves as a mini website. This link can be shared across various channels, such as social media, other ads, or directly with potential clients. Anyone using your link will be able to view all the products or services you as a vendor has listed on our platform, without having to search for them. This provides multiple opportunities to promote your products or services to the public.

You can access detailed analytics for your landing page through your Vendor Dashboard. Simply click on the "View Analytics" button to see visitor statistics, page views, and other engagement metrics.

Our hosting services implement the following security measures to protect your information:
• DDoS Protection: Safeguards networks and websites from Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks by detecting and mitigating high-volume malicious traffic.
