Phase 1 (NOW – FREE): Vendors can register at no cost and build their complete business profile and product/service catalog. Get established before we open to the public.
Phase 2 (COMING SOON): The platform opens for public searches – this is when visitor traffic starts flowing to your listings. Phase 2 requires a Vendor subscription for full visibility in public searches and access to all features. Vendors can choose to remain on the free tier, but with limited functionality and no visibility in public searches.

Key Difference: Free accounts provide a professional online presence, while subscription accounts unlock lead generation, analytics, and search discoverability to actively grow your business.

Payment can be made through two methods:
Online Payment: Log into your vendor dashboard and select either Payfast or Yoco as your payment gateway. You'll be guided through the secure payment process step-by-step.
Manual Payment (EFT/Cash Deposit): Contact us at to request an invoice before making payment. The invoice contains our banking details and a unique reference number required for payment processing.

To cancel or deactivate your vendor account, you can do so via your vendor dashboard or you can contact us at .

When you delete your account, the following will happen:
REFUND POLICY:
NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances. If you have paid for a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual subscription and delete your account before the subscription period ends, you will forfeit all remaining subscription fees. This is in accordance with our Terms and Conditions that you agreed to upon registration.
If you create a new account in the future, you will need to upload all your business information, images, and content from scratch. None of your current data can be recovered once deleted.
ACCOUNT ON HOLD OPTION:
There is also another option should you choose, and that is to put your account on hold. This can be for a maximum of three months. Thereafter, your account will be deleted permanently without notice. You need to contact us should you choose this option.
In the spirit of fair play (and keeping all our vendors equally happy!), we don't offer paid promotion or premium placement options. Every vendor gets an equal opportunity to shine based on the quality and relevance of their listings.
